• Your phone number (only if registering for a group or class)

• Share free content like blog posts, videos, or resources
• Let you know about opportunities to work with me (such as open therapy spots or upcoming groups)
• Send text message reminders only if you’ve registered for a group or class and opted in to receive them

I do not send unsolicited texts. Texts will only be used for reminder purposes and only if you’ve explicitly given permission.
