Motherhood is powerful, but it can also feel overwhelming. If you're struggling with difficult thoughts and emotions, mood swings, or feeling lost in the "new normal," I see you. And I'm here to help.

I provide perinatal therapy in Orange County for moms navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of new motherhood.

Together, we’ll ease intrusive thoughts and overwhelm, reconnect you with yourself, and build skills for setting boundaries and creating emotional balance.

EMDR & ACT

Life can feel heavy when stress, self-doubt, or past experiences keep showing up in ways that feel hard to explain. You might feel stuck in unhelpful habits or overwhelmed by worry about the future.

EMDR and ACT can help you understand your reactions, stay grounded in the presence of big emotions, and live in a way that reflects who you want to be.

Connected Parenting

Parenting is full of big feelings for kids and parents. It’s easy to get overwhelmed, especially when you’re trying to stay calm, set limits, and raise emotionally healthy kids all at once.

Evolving Mothers is a weekly drop-in group for moms who want to parent with more patience, presence, and intention. You’ll learn practical tools, share real moments with other moms, and feel less alone in the hard stuff.

This is a space to learn new skills, unlearn old patterns, and keep growing into the parent you want to be.
